Miss Angie
As the proud owner of The Wonder Studio, Angie loves being able to make a positive impact on the lives of families in the Madison area through Kindermusik classes.
She first learned about Kindermusik at a Mother Baby Hour meeting in 2013 and began classes with her daughter in 2014. In 2015, Angie went through the training to become a Kindermusik educator, and in 2020, she completed the business owner training and started The Wonder Studio. With a diverse background, from working in annual giving to being a high school English teacher to being a Kindermusik educator, Angie has a passion for children, families and education.
As a side business and creative project, Angie and Amberly (former Kindermusik educator) started the podcast Read Momalize Repeat; this book club-like podcast focuses on non-fiction books. With each monthly episode, they bring on a guest and have an unscripted conversation about the book and their big takeaways.
Angie lives in Waunakee with her husband (Brody), two daughters (Finley and Harlow), and two dogs. She enjoys taking family walks, traveling, listening to podcasts, eating at new restaurants, listening to music on the family’s record player, and baking cookies.

After obtaining Piano Performance and Teaching Diplomas there, she came to the US in 1993 to study at Luther College in Decorah, IA where she obtained a B.A. in Piano Performance with a minor in Spanish. In 1996 she moved to Madison and obtained an M.A. in Musicology.
Helga has two boys who are in now in college. They played trumpet and clarinet for 8 years through middle and high school. As a former Kindermusik parent herself, she is a strong believer of the great life benefits of music education from the very beginning of a child’s life all the way into retirement.
Miss Emily
Music has always been a big part of her life. She started piano lessons at a young age, and later learned cello and trumpet. Trumpet was her favorite instrument, and she continued to play through high school.
Emily has also always had a passion for children and knew from a very young age that she would go into the Early Childhood field. She spent all of her free time babysitting and volunteering in the school district’s Early Childhood classroom. She obtained an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Madison College. Emily has worked in infant, toddler, and preschool classroom settings, and eventually became a nanny. She discovered Kindermusik when she was a nanny and was really impressed by all the developmental benefits the program offers. She continued with Kindermusik once her own children were born.
Emily lives in Edgerton with her husband (Ryan) and their twins (Micah and Ella). She enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, baking, camping, traveling, and making memories with her family!
Miss Taylor
Taylor was born and raised in Iowa and has been in Wisconsin for 4 years now. With a background in early childhood and elementary education, Taylor has always had a passion for working with kids. She currently works as a nanny, which is actually how she discovered Kindermusik, and is excited to become an educator and bring families together through music. As a child Taylor played piano and trumpet, loved theater and sang in the church choir.
In her free time Taylor likes to read, be outdoors, go to the gym, and spend time with her friends, boyfriend, and cat.
